Program Inovasi Wirausaha Digital Mahasiswa
A national grant competition for the Indonesian Ministry of Education: proposal intake, reviewer assignment and funding decisions for student teams nationwide.
The programme
Kemdikbud runs entrepreneurship funding programmes that student teams across Indonesia compete for. Teams submit business proposals, reviewers score them, and the ministry decides which get funded. The money and the deadlines are real, and the deadlines do not move.
Four kinds of user, one system
A student team submitting a proposal, the university backing it, a reviewer scoring it, and a ministry administrator running the round — each needs a different view of the same round, with its own dashboard. Getting that separation right is most of the work in a system like this.
What I built
Proposal intake, reviewer assignment and the funding decision flow, at PT Arkabyte Teknologi Indonesia. The same platform served more than one programme — P2MW, PIWDM and KMI Expo ran on the same codebase, which meant every feature had to survive being reused by the next round.
Scale
National. Universities across Indonesia, and the ministry's own staff, using it during the submission window.
